Quilt Assembly: Join the blocks together, joining the blocks that make each row (Refer to Figure 5 for the order of block placement). Then join together rows 1 & 2. Then join that unit to row 3.

Borders: Border strips are cut from 22" lengths of fat quarter pieces. Measurements do not allow for mitered corners.

• Border #1 - Cut six 2" X 22" strips of Style 195 Star Fire, Color 10 Victory Red.
• Border #2 - Cut six 1-1/4" X 22" strips of Style 197 America Forever, Color 10 Victory Red.
• Border #3 - Cut seven 2-1/2" X 22" strips of Style 196 Ribbons, Color 50 Liberty Blue.

Layer, quilt as desired, and bind using bias cut strips of Style 194 Stripes in either Color 10 Victory Red or Color 50 Liberty Blue.
